Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

This referral program is open to all current clients of EmpowerEd Learning Club LLC.
Referrals must be new clients who have not previously used EmpowerEd Learning Club LLC services.

How It Works:

To participate, share your unique referral code or link with your friends.
When your friend signs up and successfully completes their first paid session, you will receive a 50% discount on your next invoice.

Discount Details:

The 20% discount applies to the next invoice after the referred client completes their first paid session.
Discounts cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other offers or promotions.
If multiple referrals are made in one month, the discounts will be applied individually to subsequent invoices.

Referee Requirements:

Your friend (the referred client) must:
- Be a new client to EmpowerEd Learning Club LLC.
- Complete at least one paid session within 30 days of signing up.

Limitations:

There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer; you will receive 20% off for each successful referral.
Discounts expire after 6 months if not used.
Referrals made through fraudulent or unethical means will result in disqualification from the program.

Program Changes:

EmpowerEd Learning Club LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will not affect discounts earned prior to the modification date.

Dispute Resolution:

In case of any disputes regarding eligibility or program terms, the decision of EmpowerEd Learning Club LLC will be final.
